OVERCOAST Drop Second Single In New Album Rollout

Northwestern Indiana punk/alt-rock band Overcoast has released their second single, off their upcoming album slated to be released later this year. Check out “Cigarettes” on Spotify below:

Overcoast began in 2018 as a group of friends playing in a basement.  After realizing their shared appreciation for melodic punk rock from all eras, they soon set out to write the music that they wanted to hear. The band uses catchy hooks, driving energy, and witty lyrics to deliver accessible tunes to fans of a wide array of musical genres.

In 2019 they began playing shows in Chicagoland, Northern Indiana, Indianapolis, and everywhere in between. In 2020 the band released their debut EP More Than Thought’.

After another year (and a global pandemic), Overcoast began to write and record what became their debut LP On Broken Glass; a collection of songs documenting their experiences during the stressful time. The first single, “Don’t Fall Apart”, kicks off the album in an anthemic fashion.  The full album is set to release on April 22nd.

Overcoast is:
Spencer: Guitar/Vocals
Luke: Guitar/Vocals
Ryan: Bass
Daniel: Drums
